FREO France acquired this warehouse in partnership with an international private equity firm. The building is located in a warehouse-friendly environment along the A86 Paris ring road. A complete refurbishment program of the building is ongoing to ensure that it fully meets the needs of the future users.
The building will be completely restructured with a new façade and a new division of areas. The project will have a total GLA of more than 3,000 sqm with an average ceiling height of 10m and will include storage areas as well as office space.
