BCPRE and FREO have acquired the asset through a sale and partial leaseback, and their plan is to refurbish the building transforming it into a modern and sustainable Grade A office asset of 13,400 sqm. In addition, common areas in the building will include an auditorium, a canteen, meeting rooms and a large roof terrace with spectacular views over the city of Barcelona.
The design of the building will target the highest sustainability and ESG standards.
