The property with the prestigious address Goethestrasse 1 forms the entrance to the city’s prominent luxury shopping street, Goethestrasse. The former building ensemble was completely demolished and made place for a state-of-the-art mixed-use complex, housing luxury retail labels like Louis Vuitton and Prada as well as high-class office tenants.
