FREO Spain acquired and consolidated three land plots in the 22@ District of Barcelona in partnership with an international Private Equity firm. The property is located in the fastest growing office market of Spain with continued potential growth. With low vacancy rate, 22@ is one of the areas of the city with the most occupancy and best construction standards that fit the current needs of the demand for office space.
The projects has a total GLA of 38,000 sqm and 350 parking spaces, spread across three building on three land plots.
FREO ́s tasks include carrying out i) the planning process in order to achieve fully licensed land, ii) development management and iii) manage the leasing process, running a full marketing campaign. The final product will be Grade A office building with a LEED Platinum certification.
