Hery Park is a dominant retail park located in the outskirts of Augsburg in the heart of Bavaria and comprises 72,400 sqm of retail and mixed use accommodation on a 138,000 sqm site.
Since acquisition in 2006, FREO regeared several leases, uplifted the tenant mix of the park with new retail tenants and developed one of the retail units. Furthermore, FREO was able to secure additional development potential by acquiring an additional plot which will enhance competitiveness once completed.
