Paolo has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment. After five years of international experience in project and development management in Australia and Eastern Europe, he joined the Italian investment and development management platform of Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate for 10 years working on the sourcing, execution and development of complex office and residential projects in Milan and Rome, with investments in excess of Euro 800m. He then worked for 8 years in regulated real estate fund management as Head of Investment and Asset Management at Sator Immobiliare SGR, with responsibility over Euro 1bn of AuM, belonging to a variety of asset classes and risk/return profiles. Paolo graduated with honours at the University of Padova receiving a masters level degree in Management and Engineering.
