Gerard joined FREO Group in 2024. He is part of the Spain Asset Management team, and he is based in FREO’s Barcelona office.
He brings over 8 years’ experience in real estate sector developing technical and property management as well as capital markets and investment advisory.
During the last years, Gerard worked for Jones Lang LaSalle as a senior capital markets analyst, generating and advising value-add off market transactions including iconic buildings such as Paseo de Gracia 110 or Rambla Catalunya 34.
Before that, he worked for MVGM Property Management as Barcelona director, leading the property and technical management teams in the business plan design and implementation for international funds and local family offices, managing mix-use portfolios including offices, logistics and hotels.
Gerard studied an Architecture degree in Rovira Virgili university and holds a Graduate certificate in Digital Transformation from Barcelona School of Management (UPF) and an Executive certificate in Real Estate from AFI Business School.
