FREO has led the acquisition of the prime “Burstah Ensemble” development site in the heart of Hamburg City centre on behalf of an open-ended fund managed by Commerz Real.
The Burstah Ensemble is excellently situated close to the City Hall and adjacent to the prime Moenckebergstrasse shopping district and is within close walking distance to numerous metro stations. The site offers enormous potential and benefits from an unusually wide usage mix including office, hotel and residential. FREO will lead the development management of the site.
