Duncan Souster

Duncan Souster is responsible for FREO Germany and Group Investor Relations. Duncan is also CEO of Avelios, an affiliate company to FREO, which focuses on other alternative asset investments (real estate debt, mining, infrastructure and shipping). Duncan is the former Chief Executive of The Jubilee Sailing Trust, a charity founded with royal patronage during the Silver Jubilee Year of Queen Elizabeth II, which took crews of all ages and abilities on a global programme of voyages aboard two purpose build 60m tall ships. Prior to this, Duncan was Global Sales Director of ManpowerGroup, a EUR 26bn NYSE listed Fortune 500 business services firm, where his team managed a €6bn portfolio of key accounts across 86 countries. Duncan has a BSc (First Class) from University College London and is active in the voluntary sector, including current roles as Chairman of Governors for the London Nautical School, a member of the Development Board for the British Exploring Society and as a Fundraising Committee Member of the Worshipful Company of Shipwrights (a City of London Corporation).
