FREO France delivered the building baptized YUMA to SIEMENS Mobility on June 30th 2024, as this will become the new HQ of SIEMENS Mobility from 2025.
SIEMENS signed a 9-year lease early 2023, hence 18 months before delivery, and will move all employees to this brand now office that will become a platform of their know-how and capabilities.
The building was acquired off-plan in 2021 by FREO Group (“FREO”), and Veld Capital (“Veld”), a leading private credit and real estate investor from French developer Coffim. Located in Paris South suburb in Chatillon with a total of c. 11.000 sqm of office and amenities space, the building consists of 4 floors and a partial floor on the ground floor. In a very green environment, the building provides for green terraces and patios, creating light and greenery on all floor plates. Thanks to its performance, YUMA building collects many labels, including BREEAM Very Good / Label E+C- / NF HQE Very Good.
Designed for a maximum of 951 people, the office building also includes two restaurant areas, a kitchen, a multi-purpose room, cloakrooms, toilets and showers, a basement car park and an internal street on the ground floor connecting the two access halls of the building.
This is a testimony of Freo capabilities of delivering on time assets under construction and pre-leasing office space in a challenging market environment.
