FREO Group and VELD Capital have delivered the LILO student residence in Paris on June 28, 2024. This ambitious project, initiated in 2021, aims to meet the growing demand for high-quality student housing in the Paris region.
LILO offers 644 accommodations for students and young professionals across 19,000 square meters of space through fully furnished units, each equipped with all necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and secure living environment. Located in the heart of Puteaux, the residence benefits from a strategic location close to public transportation, higher education institutions, and shopping centers on the edge of the La Défense business district.
Each unit features a kitchenette, a workspace, and a private bathroom. Additionally, the residence provides students with 1,200 square meters of high-quality service areas, including a gym, a library, and a recreation room to promote friendliness and sharing.
The LILO project was delivered under the off-plan sale (VEFA) to the operating investor Greystar, which has opened its first residence under the Canvas brand in France since August 5, 2024. This partnership marks an important step in the development of quality student housing in the Paris region.
