Turnkey development of an undeveloped site in prime Berlin location for a prestigious owner-occupier, Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung (DGUV) in Berlin. DGUV is the umbrella organisation of Germany’s accident insurance institutions for the private and public sectors.

The building, which received Gold certification in accordance with the highest standards of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB), offers offices and meeting rooms as well as a one-storey underground car park. The project was designed by Gruentuch Ernst Architekten of Berlin and the construction contract was awarded to Ed. Zueblin AG.
